Consumers in Oregon wanting to use a credit repair firm to repair their bad credit need to know that Oregon credit repair laws (Or. Rev. Stat. §§ 646.380 to 646.396) give some protection above federal laws.
The following bad credit repair laws apply to the state of Oregon and may have changed depending on any new laws passed since this blog post has been published

those available to the general public.
